AeroVironment RQ-11 Raven

The AeroVironment RQ-11 Raven is a hand-launched mini reconnaissance drone developed for the U.S. Army and widely exported worldwide. Introduced in 2003 and still in use today, it’s one of the most produced UAVs, with over 19,000 units built.

Weighing only 1.9 kg, the Raven can fly for 60–90 minutes with a 10 km range at speeds up to 100 km/h. It is powered by an electric pusher motor, launched by hand, and lands autonomously at a predefined point. It carries day/night cameras and can fly autonomously via GPS or under manual control.
